Shipping
All orders are shipped via FedEx, fully insured, and require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping timelines are as follows:
- In-stock pieces: 3–5 business days
- Please allow 7+ business days if sizing adjustments are required prior to shipment
- Made-to-order / custom pieces:
- General timeline: 3–5 weeks, depending on design
- Rings: approximately 2 weeks
- Lariat and multi-wear pieces: approximately 4–5 weeks
- Custom hand chains: approximately 3–5 weeks
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. While Gabrielle Fine Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our possession, we will always assist in resolving any issues.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by request only in New York City. Details will be coordinated privately after purchase.
Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our pieces, all sales are final.
Returns are accepted only on eligible in-stock items within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.
Custom, personalized, engraved, and special order pieces are final sale.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
